Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Black Creek Works. If you are unhappy with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.
General Returns:

You may return most items within 30 days of the date you received your order.

The item must be returned in its original condition. While original packaging is preferred, it is not strictly required as long as the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to appear in your account.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you requested for exchange is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or issue a refund.
Personalized Items:

Items that have been personalized (e.g., with specific names, dates, or designs) are not eligible for a standard return or refund unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong customization).

If there is an error with your personalized item due to our mistake, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at returns@blackcreekworks.com or through our website's contact form with your order number and details of the error. We will arrange for a replacement of the corrected item.
Damaged or Defective Items:

We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a refund, exchange, or replacement, and we will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
